Two roasts. One standard.
One number. One standard. 9 bar is the pressure at which hot water should meet ground coffee for a perfect espresso. It is the benchmark known to baristas, roasters and coffee professionals worldwide.
At 9 bar, the water moves through the grounds with precision and releases the full depth of flavour without bitterness. The result is a crema that is dense, golden and lasting. That number is not a detail. It is the reason this coffee exists.

Great coffee begins long before the roast. Ours comes from growing regions in Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia, India and Indonesia, where climate, altitude and tradition shape each harvest.
Where it grows and how it is roasted together define the cup.

Roasted dark in Switzerland. We work with a Swiss family business that brings many years of roasting experience. Its roast brings out sweetness and depth and preserves the character of each origin, which is why we chose it for Denso and Noble.

Every bag carries a best-before date and a batch number.
We recommend enjoying the coffee within this period and grinding the beans just before preparation. Freshly ground coffee shows its character best.

Whole beans, in 250 g bags with aroma valve and zipper. We recommend grinding just before extraction to keep the full flavour.
