Each order is prepared with care and attention to detail.
Delivery within Switzerland is complimentary on every order, including Standing Orders.
Orders usually leave us within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery within Switzerland generally takes 2 to 5 working days in total from the order.
Orders received by Monday, 21 December 2026 are dispatched so that they should, where possible, arrive before Christmas. Delays in delivery by the postal service are beyond our control and cannot be ruled out, so we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Each coffee is packed carefully to preserve freshness and quality throughout transit.
At this time, we ship within Switzerland. Shipping abroad is available on request at info@cafenueve.com.
